Your amplifier is very important to you and in the rare event that it should go wrong limited downtime is a must. We repair and service all Lab.gruppen products regardless of age.
When returning a faulty non warranty amplifier always adhere to the following :-
- Give us your contact details stating your company name where necessary.
- Pack the amplifier using the original packaging or similar. Badly packed or unpackaged amplifiers will incur a packaging fee if packaging is needed for return via carrier.
- Tell us what's wrong with it, tell us as much as possible.
What you'll get when you return your amplifier to AAS :-
- We'll let you know when we get the amp.
- No charge(excludes carriage) for estimates.
- If you return a working amplifier we will verify it at half our current labour rate.
- A competitive hourly labour rate (call for current rate) charged in half hour segments.
- A reasonable next day carriage charge (£14 per 20kg and £0.37per additional kg up to 99kgs and £0.46 thereafter).
- No quibble 90 day warranty on all our repairs this includes paid return shipping (UK mainland only).
